The Service Desk Clinical Research Office (Service Desk CRO) offers support on procedural quality of scientific research and acts as a helpdesk for UMCG researchers. The Service Desk CRO also manages the Research Toolbox and the UMCG Research Register. It is in close contact and coordinates activities with e.g. Staff Quality and Safety, Informatiemanagement Onderzoek, Grant Support Hub and the 'Medisch Ethische Toetsingscommissie (METc). It offers various services to support researchers in their tasks/responsibilities during the set-up, execution and completion of their clinical research.
