Marlies Ketelaar obtains Academy Ter Meulen Grant

​​Marlies Ketelaar, PhD student in the department of Pediatric Pulmonology and Allergology (supervisors Prof. Gerard Koppelman and Dr. Martijn Nawijn) obtained an Academy Ter Meulen grant from the Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences (KNAW). With the grant, she will be able to perform part of her studies in Nottingham, UK, where she will work for a period of 12 months. The topic of the research project is translational genetics: the role of the IL33 pathway in asthma development.
